  Yessir was thorough. He not only resolved the issue, but took the time to help me understand why and how it occurred. I understand my home a little better now because of the visit. Definitely worth the money.

  Oh fellas Dont ever call this guy He gonna contact you guys very polite and he came and charge you even he didn't solve the problem minimum charge is $500. Unbelievable last time he didn't solve any problem and he just talked so much and he charged me $500. He said he gonna come tomorrow and work on my problem again and also he gonna charge another $500! I didn't call him tomorrow of course, I called another electrician and he came and solve the problem in 5mins and he charged me $45. Don't call him he is not professional and he is just a hustler

  Dear Mr. Unurchimeg, Please contact us and we will try our best to address your concerns. The service call was conducted at night on emergency basis. The technician did open the panel at your home and inspected it then he called the dominion Electric technician back ( usually it is very hard to get them in site quick), then found the problem which was a burned main breaker outside the compound. All supply houses were closed at that time and fixing the problem that was found needed a breaker to be ordered next daddy. The charge was reasonable for an emergency service call and below market charges. Thank you.
