  Homeowners please beware of this company!! We have been working and trying to be patient with this company for almost 2 months. We asked them to build a mailbox. As many other customers that have left google reviews its the same thing. Overcharged on the mailbox which Doug admitted too after several phone conversations. Took them forever to come over to start the job excuse after excuse car broke down, baby momma drama, sick, busted knee, can't find the brick and went to get brick and they sold it to another customer. Finally got here with the brick we didn't realize that the brick was not the same size of the part of the mailbox that they could save. Gave them half of the money and I guess like others deposit was spent and that's why it took so long to get started. We have given this company so much grace and mercy to come out and make things right. Doug has called and texted several times since him and Tom broke up and said he would make it right by giving us money back this has not happened and we are fed up with all of the untruths no customer wants to hear all of your misfortunates they just want the work done. Everything has been Tom's fault. We should have went with our gut in the beginning that they were shady and moved on however we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt they would hold true to their word. Doug has promised to sell cars to give us money back. This company is too much. I would never recommend them to anyone. Horrible and they should be shame for all the lies. This is the product they left us with. We now have to spend money to get the mailbox replaced. $900 dollars waisted. Never again. HOMEOWNERS BEWARE don't let the nice website fool you

  Doug Ritchie is a con man. He can talk a good game, but then can’t deliver. He took our money for materials and spent it. He was late to start the job, then didn’t want to come back. I had to hire another contractor to fix his mistakes and finish the job. You would be wise to find someone else to do your home renovation.

  Wow! The lie of your car and flat tire and rain and blah blah of you not showing up at others homes. Dang, I thought you were only telling me them excuses and promising lies! Tom is the issue but you too Doug were at my home and left my siding hanging for two weeks. Didnt come back to finish my backsplash or the window job. Yalls intentions were never to come back after Tom hit my $800 brick mailbox took off and without telling us. Thank God the neighbors seen what happened because yall never called us about it! And you blame everything on Tom but you wont even offer to come back to fix anything, or give my money back! I had to pay another contractor to fix your shotty work. And to think I gave yall chance after chance to fix my mailbox before making a police report...Ha! If anyone uses them be prepared for lies stealing empty promises and more lies. Enough is Enough!
