  Hands-down the best and easiest car buying experience ever! Communication with salesman “saleswoman “ was phenomenon!! Presentation of dealership, Cleanliness of dealership, Professionalism from everyone working there was out of this world. I typically go with my mother to buy vehicles but this is one place I would feel comfortable with her going alone. Savannah you rock!!

  At first, I was impressed. Then after being there 3 hours for my first oil change and rain guards added, I was not. Lunchtime arrived and my roommate came to pick me up, I was advised they were almost done so I waited, when I was brought out ,I was happy to have it but noticed mine was not washed as all the others serviced had left clean. I was charged for my free oil change after all, which I promptly called and attended to that matter. My service advisor was a very nice young girl and was doing her job. So with all in mind one can see why I am NOT IMPRESSED WITH YOU!!

  I was a little disappointed. The service manager is really polite and he tried to keep me updated on what was going on. The problem is I had a tire that was losing air, where I was adding it a couple times a week. I took it to the dealership be checked and I was told it was just fine. They said they adjusted the tire sensors and it would be fine. It wasn't fine, and I was still adding air in the 30° mornings. I called to make another appointment. I was told I couldn't get in for a few days. I did not want to wait to get in, so I called again and talked to the service manager who said I could bring it in at 7:00 the next day. They finally found the problem a couple hours later. They attempted to patch it I guess, they couldn't. I was told they would put a new one on. I had the tire warranty on it. After another 30 minute wait, I was told they didn't have one in stock, so they put the little donut 50 mph temporary tire on. I had a problem with that because it is my wife's car. She is in end stage kidney failure and goes to dialysis 3x per week. I was worried about her having trouble with the tire. I received a call that night from the manager, and he told me they had gotten one in, and for me to take it back in at 7:00 the next day, which I did. 2 1/2 hours later, I received my car with the new tire. I guess this is the normal wait time to get a tire mounted and installed at this dealership, but it seems maybe a little too long. The service manager I who helped me through to is process was very polite, and I'm sure he did everything possible to help me. It was just a big deal for one tire. We have bought 4 new cars from Wilson County Motors for our family this past year. We will continue to do so when we need to shop again and will recommend them Thank you.
