  I just called with an issue and they answered promptly, professionally. Even though I was out of their service range, the person on the phone took the time to find out what my issue was and point me in the right direction toward getting it fixed through SMUD.   There was a short in an obscure location where the wiring tied into outside lights. The technician tracked it down and found rusted, tangled wires that the home builders left. They were all dead..except one. It was sparking!!! He cleaned up the mess, repaired the live wire. And now my outside post lights work again!! THANK YOU! What a kind and knowledgeable technician! I will definitely tell everyone about your company! You truly saved my home! (And at a very good price)! Whew! I’m so pleased!
