  The crew from E.C. Electric was very easy to work with during scheduling, throughout the job, and when I had a problem afterward. They were friendly and welcoming when I stopped by to ask for a quote for the replacement of our home's electrical panel and they got me onto the schedule much more quickly than other local electricians. Each staff member I interacted with made a point to ask and use my name. Nice touch! Kevin provided a reasonable bid and his crew completed the job (replacing the panel at our home) on time and slightly under budget, despite me making a couple of last minute requests while they were working. A load of firewood showed up unexpectedly and the electricians were amicable about moving their work trucks so it could be dumped nearly on their feet while working on the panel (sorry about that!). Their finished work looks clean and more than meets our needs. We had a small problem with one outlet after the work was completed and I emailed them over the weekend. Kevin responded promptly by email and showed up to resolve the problem the next business day. Overall, they provided excellent customer service, had personable staff, and charged my family reasonable prices. I highly recommend E.C. Electric's Redmond location.
