  Our hot tub was leaking water. We contacted a hot tub retail/maintenance company in Bend. They charged nearly $200 just to send someone out to do the diagnostic. A week later we got an estimate for over $1200 worth of repairs. I called Marianne at Redmond Spa & Stove. She sent her maintenance/repair gal. Turns out the only fix it actually needed was a small inexpensive gasket. She repaired it on the spot. Honesty is everything! I saved a boat load of money! You can trust Redmond Spa & Stove.

  I had an amazing experience with Redmond Spa and Stove. When I placed my order I was told a minimum 13 week lead time due to the current issues our world is facing. However, she had one on the floor. Even though it was my fault procrastinating this purchase Maryann gave me her floor model so I had my wood stove for this winter. She runs a local shop that will have my business from this point forward.
