  So it seems that "Edison Electricians of Hampton" is not an actual electrician company. A call center answered the phone and requested all of my personal contact information up front before even asking what the scope of work was that I needed. Once they had my contact information, they proceeded to "transfer me to one of their professionals to discuss the scope". Once the call was transferred, it rang twice and then hung up. A few minutes later I proceeded to get 8 back-to-back phone calls of contractors trying to call me. In addition to all the phone calls, each number proceeded to text me. So in a matter of about 3-5 minutes I received almost 10 phone calls and text messages. I certainly do not appreciate Edison Electricians of Hampton spamming out my phone number without my permission. The whole process seemed very unprofessional and stressful. -Just my experience.

  It was a pleasure working with this contractor. Their electricians were respectful of our space and made sure not to disturb us as they replaced all the electrical wiring in our home. They finished the job quickly and made sure we were satisfied before they left. This is a company you can count on for great service.

  The electricians in this company are very knowledgeable and efficient. They addressed all electrical issues in a timely manner. My previous contractor wasn’t as thorough so I’m glad I let them go.
