Great person, knows his job well, very professional. We first hired him for out light fixtures (put lights on the ceiling in all of our 6 rooms' old 80's house) he did the work super well with a fair price.
Second was when 1side of the house lost power and he was able to figure out the problem (think that the guy our insurance company sent couldn't even figure out) Mathew from Governors Electric came, found the problem and fixed it and always with a fair price. I will not hire any other person than Mathew for our electrical problems, he has proven to be one of the best in this field. Highly recommended.

Found them through app thumbtack. Needed 4 light fixtures replaced. Fast response with reasonable price. And came out within a few days. Gentlemen was polite and professional; Installed all light fixtures within timely manner. Will indeed use them again.

I was so excited to see my new light fixtures put up and work. Matt also installed a ring doorbell for me as well and it was quick and price reasonable. Thank you Governors electric this company will definitely be my plug for electric problems.

Highly recommend! The technician that was sent knew what was wrong with our doorbell and how to fix it. It also didn’t take him long.

I looked online for an electrician to complete a multiple list of tasks I wanted done. I called Governor's and requested a quote, he called me back, scheduled an appointment. Came out and reviewed everything I wanted, made professional suggestions that were better than what I expected, I agreed with the quote given, signed the contract. He began the work 2 days later as told, and had everything completed in the time frame he quoted. That was great!  The work, quality and expertise was nothing less than top-notch!!! I even learned a few things from this young man. The pricing was very fair compared to other vendors quotes. Overall, great quality, very tidy, professional and on time, best part the patio lights, fans, and exterior lighting is freaking awesome!!! We will enjoy for years to come!!!

Called to have an outlet setup for a new sauna that was being shipped to me, needed a direct 20 amp outlet for it. They came out and did a nice job for what I found to be a fair price.

A few weeks later when the sauna came I realized it did not fit the standard wall outlet that had been installed. I reached out to Governors and they got back to me within minutes. I told them what the situation was and they immediately came out and put on the correct outlet for the sauna at no charge. Great work and great customer service, will definitely use them again!

Matthew was on time and very knowledgeable. They replaced my light fixtures and did an amazing job. I will definitely contact again for my next electrical project.
