  Hired though my home warranty to repair some dated outlets. They left a huge mess under all of the serviced outlets on my countertops, and even in my carpet. Also folded and creased a rug under my bed and as you can see in the photos they ripped the bracket out of my sectional then denied doing so blaming my "college roommate" who is a 35 year old father of two. I wish I had more pictures of the mess, (it was much worse than shown) but I began cleaning up after them before I realized the extent of the damage they caused. Felt to me like they saw what they thought to be a college rental and took it as open season to provide sub standard cleanup after the job was completed. Even after admitting they made no attempt to clean the mess they left the manager, Loida, told me to take it up with the home warranty company. She then hung up on me when I asked her if their policy was to admit fault and offer no help in fixing the situation. Yikes STAY AWAY

  Dear Mr. Swanson, We are glad we were able to solve all your electrical issues in a timely matter. We’re sorry that you had a negative experience with EMP. Please be assured that your experience does not reflect our company-wide commitment to the highest customer service standards. We should have done a better job sweeping up, and we have instructed your technician as well as all the other technicians of EMP in a company memo reminding all that they need to be careful and meticulous in brooming jobsite debris. Our technicians try their best to leave a jobsite as clean as possible. But we always strive to do better. As for your sectional couch, we understand your frustration with your broken bracket. We do not know who, how, or when the damage was done to your couch. It is our policy that we do not move furniture out of our way, nor do we move things back in place unless specifically requested by the homeowner. We hope that we can part ways peacefully. We work hard to always provide professional and quality work. That being said, at EMP we take all feedback, both positive and negative, very seriously.   EMP Electric does the work for our home warranty, and I was happy they were the ones contracted. Terry showed up ready to work. I explained the symptoms to him and he immediately suspected the cause. He had the problem identified quickly, and got it repaired in short order. He even shared some background with me on our antiquated 1960’s era circuit panel. I’d definitely use again.

  I have used Electrical Maintenence Professionals several times for various work, new light installation, installing outdoor transformer with wi fi switch, replacing breakers in the main panel, Terrence is very knowledgeable and is very attention to detail oriented. The office notifies you promptly of their eta. I highly recommend them.
