  Unfortunately this was a bad experience from start to finish. 234$ to have a guy come out and tell us we would get an email back with an estimate for work which we never received. What we did receive were multiple mailers to make payment with only a callback number. We called almost a dozen times before anyone got back to us so we could pay the invoice. Over a month after we've paid the invoice we are still getting notices that we need to pay....but to this day we never received a bid for the work that needed to be done. So disappointing.

  I always go with Thoma at the building I manage in S.L O.. they serviced the building before I started there. So they knew the building. Everyone from the front office to the field techs, super friendly and easy to work with. Honestly, I just point out what needs fixed, then leave them alone. It gets done correctly and quickly. I will continue to go with them . If you want a good experience, use Thoma.
