Absolutely garbage as of late. A few decent instructors. Upper management needs to get things in order. Too cancel a class 5 minutes prior to start time is ridiculous. Could be working overtime right now, thanks ETI đź‘Ž

Five year apprenticeship program. Promotes 8,000 hours of hands on work with 1,000 hours classroom training to become a Journeyman Wireman. The ETI is a joint venture of the Los Angeles Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union 11. Tuition and books are paid for by local union members and not charged to the apprentices. Apprenticeship allows new members of the IBEW to earn as you learn. You are indentured to work in Los Angeles County which has an enormous amount of commercial and industrial electrical work. Safety is a paramount value. Everyone attends Industry Awareness classes at the beginning of apprenticeship and will attend both OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 hour training at least twice within five years. Advanced journeyman classes for: cable splicing; instrumentation; and foremanship (to name a few) are also open to apprentices who decide to take the initiative.
