  From the staff who took my request to the technician who installed my outdoor lighting, I was extremely impressed with their total customer service focus. He was genuine in his politeness and professionalism. He paid attention to detail, as evidenced by the orderly manner in which he worked and the organized manner in which he laid out the wiring and installed the lighting. Empire Electrical Service comes highly recommended.

  The job was of high quality. Our house looks great, the Empire Electrical Service team did an exceptional job! The price was reasonable compared to other reputable companies.   Empire Electrical Service saved the day for us! We came home to a power outage throughout parts of our house that we were unable to fix on our own. They talked us through the problem on the phone, and we were able to quickly solve the issue together. It was extremely professional, helpful, and courteous to us, and we will be using them for all of our future electrical needs, and would suggest anyone else looking for service to do so as well.
