  First experience was with repair to steering issues. Not only did they quickly diagnose the issue but were able to get parts and repair the car by 2pm same day. All this with a call to me with an estimate to ensure I was OK with the cost. Excellent experience. Second visit to shop was with poor idle performance and oil leak. They made quick repairs only to expose I had another issue with cylinder 8. They were very open and communicated well on that issue and where the cost may go. We opted to try a lower cost route first. That did not cure the issue. I was made fully aware of where then next step would go cost wise. I opted to pull the vehicle since I was not willing to put that cost into an 18 year old car. I highly recommend Pinkalla, especially if you need to watch your budget. Great experience, I will be back.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10! I went in for emissions and left a happy, loyal customer. I am so impressed with this family's business: quick, knowledgeable, honest, great communication, fair prices, and friendly staff. As a woman in the trades, it was awesome to see female mechanics/women in the shop too! Great experience overall! Thank you, Pinkalla!

  This was my first time being here at Pinkalla’s. My old emissions testing facility was no longer performing said testing. I was recommended to come here and I’m glad I was. The staff here was very polite, and knew what they were doing and talking about. I plan to come back for service in the future.
