  Super responsive and great work! I work from home and wasn’t able to be on the phone to speak with someone regarding the work I needed done. I was able to speak with them via their text option on their website. Vinny came out and gave me a quote. The price was great and he was able to do the work right away. He was able to get power running to my mini split in no time. Thank you Federal Electric!

  Was referred through American Home Shield. Came out and said the fan needed to be replaced. Failed to follow up, did not return my calls. Finally reached them months later and they said my claim with AHS was denied, which was not true. AHS had to assign another vendor - I guess this repair wasn't worth their time. Very rude and unprofessional. Stay away from this company. RE: Their response - the previous vendor ordered a capacitor to repair the fan and then stopped responding. AHS told me they were no longer an authorized vendor and transferred the claim to you. Your tech said "he prefers to replace not repair fans and would get it covered" and no one replied or followed up with me. I consulted AHS again and they told me the claim was not denied and transferred it to yet another vendor.

  Lou, unfortunately the claim was not covered by your home warranty which is exactly what the previous vendor explained before it was transferred to us. Please refer to your home warranty for questions regarding coverage. Thank you

  The company called me and made the appointment for 2 days later. I waited and when he arrived to the residents gate and demanded that I went to the gate and open it for him. I told him that he was at the wrong gate and needed to go the main gate which was less than half mile west of where he was. I told him it was not possible for me to open gate for him as no one but the gate guards are in control of the gates of the community. Then right there and then he said he was cancelling the work order. He did and left.. So, yes it was very much unprofessional how he handled my service appointment.
