  This Saturday a tree fall into a corner of my house which took down the power line feeding electricity into the house. Greystone Power came out and shut the power off to the the live wire lying in yard, but would not reconnect wire to house until an electrician accessed the damage, checked internal wiring and installed new wiring attach point onto house. I called several "24/7" companies before calling First Class but never received calls back. I called First Class and owner William said he would arrive in less than 30 minutes. He arrived within 30 minutes and immediately went to work. His work was great and very reasonably priced. When he finished the job Greystone came back, inspected his work and reattached the power line to the house. I am very pleased with William's work and would recommend his services to anyone.

  They were incredible, Last minute short notice, not a problem. I wanted an outlet installed in my closet. Called and and got a human being on the first ring. I explained my issue, and was told that he was on a job and would be over within the next two hours. He showed up promptly just when he said, and did the whole installation and CLEAN UP in a blink of an eye. It was awesome, and charged 1/3 of what I got quoted from everyone else in town. These guys are the best!

  I was pleased when Bill came to my house on Easter Sunday to fix a lighting problem. But he left a hole in my ceiling and one of the lights still flickers on and off. I’ve reached out numerous times for him to come and check it out and he has yet to return any calls or texts.
