I called him about a job and told him the scope of work and my budget. He assured me he was interested. He was to meet at the job site two days later. I called to confirm and the phone rang 3 times, someone answered and hung it up. I called back and it went to voice mail. I called back 45 minutes later, voice mail. Never called me back. If you do not WANT the job, just say so! Never use them!
