They came out to fix an issue with a bathroom light and to fix light outlet for my gazebo. He stated it was completed. I checked the bathroom light and it worked . I paid him and he left. That evening when the weather was better I checked the gazebo outlet and it didn’t work. Called him immediately and he said he would be out the next day. It has been weeks now of being put off and no one has showed back up. He keeps making up excuses on why he missed the appointments he keeps making.

Our home warranty company sent them out and we will never use anyone else again!!! He did an amazing job and was very knowledgeable and professional. They came out the same day and fixed everything in less than 2 hours. Highly highly highly recommended 😁😁😁

My home warranty sent them out. Our town is about an hour away and they were the only electricians contracted with our warranty in the area. They’ve been to my house twice for the same issue (my main breaker was fried and needed to be replaced. It sparked at the source and electrical in the house was spotty). The first time they showed up to my house all they did was flip my breaker a few times. Saw no sparks, said it’s fine and the electricians who told me it was bad just wanted my money. I told him they couldn’t take my money because they don’t even live in the state. Then he left and took my check (cashed it that week). The second time they came he tried blaming everything besides my breaker. He couldn’t even hear the sparking noise coming from inside my breaker...Thankfully while he was here electricity went crazy and he could physically see it needed to be fixed (this might have to do with the fact he was smacking everything with his screw driver). He told me the box would need to be brought up to code because the way it was installed when the house was built isn’t up to code anymore. He left with my check.. called my home warranty and told them it was improperly installed so they denied service. I had to argue with them for hours to let me find someone else to come out. That electrician looked at it and was able to guess the age of the house just by how it was installed and said it was up to code for that time. My warranty covered it. On top of this. The second check he didn’t cash for an entire month which was right as I was Christmas shopping and conveniently the day bills and other things came out and I didn’t get to putting the $ in the account again (my fault for not having the money in the account but as a company a check should be cashed at the end of the week OR even end of the month to begin with.) I was then sent a paper with the returned check, amount I owe from the check and a $100 returned check fee. I called the bank and asked them how much they charge for a returned check and they said $36. I tried calling him to pay twice. His business phone has a robocall screening AND all calls go to voicemail. It took him a week to call me back after my last phone call to him. I simply asked him why he charges so much when his bank only charges $36 and this was his response to me. “that doesn’t matter Alabama has no law about how much I should charge and in fact I should charge you more because I had to drive to Scottsboro and spend hours with the home warranty then to the bank and back” Might I add. His company is allowed to deny the request to come to my house when my warranty asks and my warranty would have let me pick an electrician in town to come do the work. Which is what my warranty told me “if he accepts the job otherwise you will get authorization to have anyone come in and you would be responsible for paying them up front before we reimburse you” (which is what we ended up doing. I wish we could have from the start) Immediately after saying that he told me he would drop the fee to $50 and I can pay it now or he will pursue this further. He wanted me to write another check but I’m not going through this again. Thankfully he sent me his PayPal account and I was able to send the money right away.
