  I should have called Frischhertz from the beginning. I have been dealing with generator contractors for 15 years. This was absolutely the easiest & most professional service I have received. Frischhertz was the only electrician to help me with my generator's warranty work. My generator works like it is brand new and no longer leaks oil. I will only have Frischhertz servicing my generator in the future. Thanks Frischhertz!!!

  I purchased a house that needed several repairs and most of the old wiring replace. I search for companies and I was impressed with Frischhertz Electric. I called on Wednesday Sept 9th, and was told someone would call me back by the end of day. Nobody call me. I called back on Thursday Sept 10th. I was told they were in a meeting but some one was going to call me back. Nobody called me back. I called on Friday Sept 11th. I explained the person who answer the call and she told me she was going to bring this up to the manager and have some one call me back. I never got a call back. I called today Wednesday Sept 16th a week later and they transferred me to a manager. I explained what happened and he did not apologize. His response was " things like that happens". They have several years of experience but they sure are very unprofessional. Upper management should revisit the way potential customers are handle. I will not use them and I wanted to share my experience so people are aware on how unprofessional they are and do not care for customer service or new business.
