  Just switched over to this company and got my first bill-well over double my last. Looked at the side by sides and there are a lot more lines of charges as well as a base fee which I was told wasn't going to be on my plan. Overall not a satisfied consumer. Update: if you're used to having a grace period to pay your Bill's be expected with a larger hit with this electric company. Not only do you get charged the "if paid after" price you will also be hit with a disconnection fee of $20. Even if you pay at 1201 am the next day. They will take you every time. Without hesitation. And they cannot and will not change their methods. I now pay as soon as I have the bill. Beware:: always pay early and expect a higher bill than before as their rates might be competitive but there are hidden fees everywhere. Definitely don't ever do a 2 year contract with ANY utility company.

  I would not recommend this place👎👎👎 I never received my welcome packet in the mail. I never received anything in the mail about a bill. I started with them November 11th and December 3rd I decided to call and the automated machine picked up they told me my first bill was $233😒😒😒. I was on a fixed rate plan. I didn't go over my rate plan. When you call and try to talk to somebody no one is never available. I even called the next business day and still couldn't get ahold of anyone.DON'T PICK THEM!!!!💰💰💰💲💲💲💲🚷🚷

  Absolutely terrible company. Their customer service is useless. They will find any reason they can to charge you. Countless times they told me my account was canceled but they kept on charging me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They make it difficult/impossible to cancel so they can screw you over!
