  Great, dependable electricians. We recently had them install new gym lights in our school building. James was very patient in helping us determine the correct replacement items. We were given several options, questions answered, and given the time for the board to review and make the best decision. They have also completed other small projects around our church and school. They always show up when they say they will, do good work, and clean up after they are done. We will definitely use them again.

  Over charged me almost $800 for installing a simple outlet box with a switch. Then they up sold me on making my pool lights more safe and now the pool lights don't work!!! I called them to fix the lights and they refused. Updating post in response to Richardson Ready Electric's response: yes the work was back in 2015 and upsetting enough for me to remember over several years. For the record... the pool lights worked before you guys offered to "make them safer." After you "made them safer" they no longer worked and of course you offered to fix them for a fee, which I refused. However, I am offering you an opportunity to fix the light you guys created a malfunction in. Thanks.

  Mr. Phares, this is the owner of the company. I have looked over all the service calls in the last few months and could't find one with your name. The last work order we have on your name was back in year 2015. I found a work order with similar job description and similar amount but it was under different person's name. We had to troubleshoot to find the problem, re-wired the pool pumps and re-fed broken 60 amps, 240 volts circuit from the attic space. Around 25% from the cost was the materials. Then our service tech found the bad pool lights and offered the customer to replace them. We have always recommended to replace the entire pool light vs. open and repair it because we cannot do such a quality water seal as the manufacture. The customer refused to replace the pool light fixtures. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience. Our goal is the customer satisfaction and fair pricing.
