  Called for service work on a weekend Spoke with tech made appointment for them to come out I called back to confirm was told I was told that my wife cxl appointment which never happened I gave them tech name and time of his return call to me they put me on the phone with a new person who was rude said the guy I spoke doesn’t do the schedule and told me that they were not going to come.very nice way to run a business
