  First time I used them, things went well (I had a long list of things, and tasks were accomplished). The second time, not so much (breakers tripped after the first attempt a light fixture installation). They are professional, and arrive on time. Pleasant to work with, but keep in mind that you pay an hourly rate regardless of their efficiency.

  Came out to house to do an estimate but never received the estimate. I called twice to inquire. The first time was told estimate would be emailed to me. I never received it. The 2nd call went to voicemail. I asked if he could let me know either way if he wanted to do the job. I never heard back.

  Prompt, polite, professional service! Came up with a creative solution for an exhaust fan issue caused by a previous amateur repair attempt. Fan now runs great and saved me time and money. Would definitely call again.
