  Easy outage reporting system. Multiple payment options. Great customer service. Love the “do you want a call when your power has been restored?” feature. Great resources on website. Only one outage during a major storm in my one and a half years of service with them. Power went out at 11pm, was fully restored at 2am. That worked for me!

  Monopoly.... Not an easy payment system at all Edit; called to tell me they declined my card, although the transaction went through... so now they get paid twice for one month bc they messed up and are saying my card was declined... how can it decline yet still pull the money. My Bank says thats a lawsuit waiting to happen... watch out

  My power was disconnected for non-payment with no attempt to contact me by the phone number or email on file. I was sent one piece of mail once. I discovered this after hours, so there was no way to pay my bill and be reconnected and now I am powerless for 15 hours in below freezing temperatures. You’d think they’d make it a little easier for me to give them my money.
