  Olga at PK&B helped us design our new beautiful kitchen. We were completely lost on what we wanted so I just told Olga go for it! Show me what you got and she nailed every detail of the design better than I could imagine. Also we didn’t want to change the windows and door and she worked her design around that. We live in another state and she worked with us long distance to help create this beautiful design. Her professionalism and expertise are above and beyond. We will be installing soon and I will update photos once it is complete. Thank you Olga!

  This was a complete remodel of my mother-in-law apartment. I gave Olga complete lattitude to do a “Scandinavian” sort of design. Take a look at the pictures, but I think the results were excellent. I had a very narrow kitchen before and were not sure how to deal with it. Another contractor I had look at it and give a quote was going to simply refurbish things but leave the layout the same. Constantine looked at it and recommended punching a new doorway into the bedroom and doorway from the bedroom into the bathroom, thereby widening out the kitchen by the width of the adjacent hallway. It made a huge difference, and wasn’t a solution I would have thought of, and the cost to do it was no more than what the other contractor had quoted me. Fixed price was agreed to before hand and they stuck to it. A couple of minor change orders were very fairly priced. I only had a couple of items that have come up over the following year and they have quickly come back and made minor repairs as necessary without charge. Another words, they back up their work. The last four photos are of the apartment prior to the remodel.

  PK&B helped us remodel 3 projects this past year: kitchen, master bathroom & living room. Olga worked with us to fine tune our ideas for each project which included finding the best prices for fixtures. We replaced our formica countertops with quartz and granite - they are beautiful! Our master bathroom & living room were brought from the 1990s to 2021. Olga, Konstantine and crew were easy to work with in all aspects. They showed up on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. They treated our home like their own and their work is top quality. Lee & Corinne Bradish
