Absolutely worst customer service I have ever dealt with in 14 years of being in business. Sent a crew to p/u a breaker, we paid $1100 for a 200amp square D breaker (which with my home supply house cost $575). We ended up not using the breaker, as it was supplied by our customer. They would not allow me to return the breaker, still factory sealed 2 weeks later. I have had an account with Graybar in Bollingbrook, IL for years and never had an issue with that branch. This branch price gouges and does not work with there customers. Buyer beware...
