  Laura was fantastic and super nice in helping me get my weather head replaced from a tree tearing it down and Ameren turning my power off due to "fire hazard". They worked on short notice and I greatly appreciate everything they did to help me and my husband get warm again!

  I was in a desperate situation at 12 noon on Friday, Ameren came to disconnect my power lines and they did,,, they discovered a major difficiency in the line coming in to the house. But they couldn't turn it back on safety issues? Hence oberlander,,, saved the day at 3:00,,, Ameren came back and Wa La all was good again thank you and your dedicated workers . We did not have to be without power the whole weekend.
