The guys were very helpful there they helped me test a stator on a four wheeler. I've been working on for a customer I tried to give them some money but they didn't except it!! Thank you guys.

I moved to Omaha Nebraska about 10yrs ago, when I lived in Greeley I always used this shop for electric repairs. With that being said about a year and a half ago my wife and I purchased a 1955 mercury as a project car, wanting to keep the car as original as possible and our hvac blower motor was in bad shape. We searched for new motors but all were China made repops with horrible reviews we decided to have the original rebuilt. Going from a 6v system to a modern 12v system there wasn't a shop in Nebraska that was man enough to touch this project! So I called Kenny at Greeley Electric and he said sure he was afraid to fix it for me, we shipped it from Omaha to the shop, today it arrived at my door step, looks brand new! Inside the box with the blower motor was not a bill or invoice, nope just a simple hand written not from Kenny said, said sorry I took a bit longer than we originally talked about and hope it works good. Are you kidding me! These guys are awesome! I can't thank you enough Kenny! But I still think I should owe you guys something! It's hard to find a shop ran like the good old days! Highly recommend!!!

I had a pump with a bad seal, and it was critical to my process and they turned it around in 3 hours. Love, love, love! (YMMV, it was lucky that they happened to have the parts on hand. But they definitely went the extra mile, on a Friday before a holiday weekend, no less!!)

Crooks. Took product in for repair bring it back just to find out it has a hole and leaks fuel everywhere. That's just the tip of the iceberg. If I could give a lower rating I would. Never going back there. Found a place in longmont who fixes product on time and correctly. They are not just about the money.  Will gladly drive the extra time for better service.

We are so very sorry you had a bad time with us!  We always try to please all of our customer that come in for help & if we made a mistake we will always stand behind our work & make it right. That is as long as you give us a heads up that you are unhappy instead of brow beating us on a public platform & not giving us a chance to make it right (which I am sure if you really did bring a repair & it was done as badly as you say, most people would have gotten back with us to correct it). But since your complaint is very undetailed we are not really sure what you brought in for repair. Also not knowing if your item had been fixed by us & it leaked with a hole in it after we repaired it or if we told that your item had a hole in it & leaks after we did a FREE estimate on it & gave you a repair estimate to be fixed & you decided to not fix it, we can't be blamed for your decision to not get it fixed.
I also know that we would have NEVER allowed anything to leave our shop in the condition you are saying it was in, as we test everything before it leaves the shop. As far as the money comment, you won't find a more fair repair shop anywhere.  I have never seen an owner take so much responsibility & care for his customers & their electric repair needs at the low prices he charges.  With a couple of exceptions, we also stand behind  ALL of our repairs out the door for 90 days & I know that most if not all of our competitors will not.  Once you & your item are out the door, if it doesn't work too bad.  That's not how we operate.  The only time we will not stand behind an item is if you did something you shouldn't have & messed it up yourself or the item can not be fixed, but the customer insists be fixed & has been told we will not stand behind an item we know can't last.  So next time PLEASE speak up!!  We will always listen & work to correct your issue!!

My husband brought in a new motor, Baldor, to have the capacitors looked at.  Since Greeley Electric Repair did not call my husband back regarding the motor, my husband called them.  After stalling, they finally admitted that they had lost the motor, which is made in the U.S.A.  Instead, they gave him a used motor, a Dayton, made in Mexico, which has less value than our new motor.  How they lost the motor is beyond my comprehension.  They failed to make things right based on their mistake.  Looks like they got a brand new motor and lost a customer in the process. Shady and unethical business practices!

If we make a mistake we have always righted it & as I know my boss is very very honest & fair.  When we have made a mistake he always makes up for it equal to the lost or better & usually the customer comes out with a better scenario than what they walked in with.  Kenny would have never ever let this happen.  So with that I also know that not all Baldor's are made in America just assembled, also the Mexico motors are what they call Dayton Farm duty motors. They are very good motors & they all have a 1 year warranty as long as they haven't been abused by the customer.  So we are very SORRY that your experience with us was bad!  But we did try to correct our error & I know from being an employee for Greeley Electric for 11 yrs Kenny would have given a customer a new motor to makeup for the lost motor & would have NEVER replaced a New Motor we lost with a used motor.  He would have found a comparable one or better to correct our mistake. We understand you are upset, but telling mean things about on social media for attention is not nice Miss.  However we do thank you for trying to do business with us.  Please have a Blessed year!!

They are the only Ridgid service provider in Northern Colorado. They've fixed or replaced multiple Ridgid power tools for me. I've never had a bad experience with them.

They always do a very good job at a fair price. Always use them for motor work. Prompt and responsive.

Said it would be fixed on 5 days and it took 10. Other than that it was good.

Sorry about it taking longer, sometimes we need to wait for parts or if the machine shop is running behind that will cause a delayed repair time, along with an items that like to fight to be repaired.  I am almost sure most people are not aware that we repair motors for the ICU, so when we get those in we have to drop what we are doing & get those as soon as possible for the hospitals.
