Greg has done a lot of work for us around our house--everything from fixing the joining strips across our wood floor, to building an awning for my brother's trailer, to pulling out our defunct stacker washer-drier--literally having to tear it apart to remove it from its tiny space. He then completely revamped the space, installed our new small washer, and small dryer, and custom built shelves for my laundry supplies. It gives me constant pleasure as does the beautiful bathroom sink he installed for me. My favorite project is when he built a flashing for our swamp coolers, using some old metal pieces from the abandon yard next door and expertly fitting them into the space. He built a skirt around our trailer from scratch and clearly knew just how to go about the job. Greg is very creative and I doubt there is a job he can't handle. He is friendly, reliable, and very thoughtful. If you want a starched and pressed guy he is not your man, but if you want your jobs done well, with skill and all the proper tools and materials, by a local, hardworking neighbor, give him a call. But wait your turn because I am about to get him back for another round of home improvements!

Last week we had an electrical problem in the middle of the night. It was pouring down rain there was more thunder and lightning than we had ever saw or heard before. Our breaker kept popping and I have my mother living with us, she is 90 years old, paralyzed and could die without electricity to several of machines hooked up to her that greatly help her quality of life. I searched on Google for an electrician and handyman. It is scary when you have such an emergency as the one we faced that night and don’t know any electricians. I found a couple of numbers on line. I called Greg first and got an answering machine. I left my problem and my number on the voice mail. I hung up started dialing the next person on my list and within a few seconds he was on the phone returning my call. I told him of our situation and he immediately made me feel at ease. He told us that he would be right over to look at what we had going on. Mind you it was raining, lightning and thundering at mass proportions. He arrived he was nice and friendly. He surveyed the situation told us what needed to be done. He gave us an option to do a temp fix that night and return first thing in the morning so that we didn’t have to pay the extra rates. Or he would stay and do it then, but told us we would be safe until the morning. He came back promptly back the next morning and fixed the problem within a few hours. He did a great job and the bill was extremely reasonable and we got out of a bad situation fast and with a bill that didn't break us. I would defiantly use him again our problem has fixed, we don’t have to worry about a fire and Mom is doing great as expected. GREAT JOB

Don't hire this guy. You will be sorry. Greg bid the job and then complained he didn't bid it high enough. He brought his girlfriend along whom he tells everyone it's his daughter. She sat in the van all day littering up my driveway with cigarette buts while their little dog ran loose crapping on my lawn. Greg never picked up all the trash upon completion. Greg mounted my electrical panel crooked and did a horrible job putting the trim up. He had to remount the panel to make it look right.greg never labeled the breakers correctly and got caulking all over the side of my house, the new panel and himself. After completion breakers started tripping like crazy. I took the cover off and exposed a huge mess of wires, some which were bare and unconnected. It looked like a bowl of spaghetti. His brother, who is a stand up guy, came over and spent about two hours straightening the mess out. Never again.
