  I have had the pleasure of working with Kahlil and his team of experts on several projects and I am impressed with their work. They are very professional and have great communication on the job. One of my projects was in San Diego at MCAS, Miramar. Upgrade came in and performed all of their work ahead of schedule and without change orders. They had great safety practices while onsite performing their work and I would recommend them to anyone searching for an electrician that exceeds typical industry standards.
