  Very friendly staff. But I do not understand how I had outstanding bill of $77.00 when I pay every month?!? I got service bill first month..I then contacted GVEC to state o don't get paid till 3rd. Well they said they will switch date but I am still receiving bills earlier then the 3rd...and onto of that I been getting chargh late fees it seems

  Fernando came in with a smile, even though it was late afternoon, 28°, on Valentine's Day. He worked solidly for at least two hours getting my heating unit to work. Truthfully, this guy was my hero today. Every GVEC guy who has come to my home has been amazing. Thanks, GVEC people for actually being concerned about your customers.

  I called Monday because my AC had stopped working. They scheduled my repair visit for Wednesday morning. Larry arrived promptly at the set time, was quickly able to assess the problem, and had it repaired and the unit inspected in less than an hour. I have been a GVEC Home Services customer for over 20 years and have always found everyone I have dealt with to be friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and efficient.
