      Do not get Haller to service your boiler or subscribe to their monthly service. It is not worth a nickel. I had it for nearly 4 years and the service tech never checked my boiler during the annual maintenance service. They waited a few minutes in my boiler room and left. How do I know? When the boiler stopped working, I called their hotline and they sent a man out a couple days later who said that he's only seen my boiler 5 times before and didn't know what was wrong with it but it might cost $1500 or more. HALLER INSTALLED THE BOILER. So he left and said he might come back in a couple days (mind you I had no heat for nearly a week) and he won't charge me this time. Wow, thanks! So instead of waiting, I called American Home Shield who sent out a competitor who not only fixed my boiler for $200 and revealed that my boiler malfunctioned because of the neglect and the mold and decay on my pipes over several years. I called Haller to cancel my monthly maintenance subscription and said that I was displeased with the company's service. The CSR said "Okay, I will cancel it." No questions or escalations. Good job Haller. Thanks for nothing.

      Horrible company.. DO NOT USE. Was supposed to have a new AC unit install end of Aug.. here it is Dec 13 and nothing. They had no problem cashing my check, but zero communication from them the last 3.5 months. Tried to cancel install 4 weeks ago and get my money back, never heard from anyone. Called 2 weeks later, same nonsense. Called a 3rd time today because I’m ready to take my business elsewhere and get a another call while on phone they are ready to install. Yeah right! This company has horrible communication skills and follow up, and are completely disorganized. Why on earth would I move forward with a terrible company.. if install is this bad, I’d hate to see if I ever need warranty work or service. Save your time and money, go someplace else!!!

      Came out three different times due to a clogged drain. We were told we needed to redo our pipes and came up with a $5,000 estimate. It took a week to get the estimate even though it was an emergency situation. We had another company come out and clear the drain without having to charge us 5k and tear up our floors and walls. They took apart our dishwasher and the end of the cabinet to access the area behind the dishwasher but we are now tasked with hiring someone to get everything put back to normal. Would not recommend for plumbing issues.
