Michael, with Hawk Mechanical, came to look at a leak in my motorhome and found the problem right away. It was an easy fix and everything went back to normal for me. He was kind and professional. If I ever need plumbing work again I will request Michael at Hawk Mechanical.

Moe came out this morning to help with a furnace that quit working.  He was very knowledgeable, explained everything in detail so we can problem solve a little if it happens again.  He was very engaging and friendly.  Thank you so much!!!

All contact with the company was timely and professional. They were contracted to order and install a natural gas wall heater in a finished casita. The job was not straight forward due to the gas supply location and electrical wiring layout, but the company's staff installed the heater efficiently and expertly. All appointments were fulfilled and on-time. Communication and customer service was very good.

I would use and recommend Hawk Mechanical in the future.

Pilot light to hot water heater would not stay lit, so no hot water. They sent someone out quickly, but it went downhill after that. The plumber told us we needed a new hot water heater and we would receive a quote. No quote was received so I called them the next day (Friday). I was told the person who did the quotes was not in all day. I said I'd call someone else.

But wait, there's more...

The second company came out. The problem was simply a cracked gas/pilot light knob which prevented the valve from fully opening. An $85 service call vs. $1000+.

The services are amazing and  The workers are  defently  knowledgeable,  friendly and on top of taking care of their customers.

Quick response to our request for help, friendly service. Julian stands out as an excellent plumber. Max, the owner, responded to our questions about the bill and made the necessary adjustments. Thanks, Max!

I called Hawk Mechanical's emergency service Sunday evening, regarding a serious plumbing problem in a house I was renting out.  Got voice mail, but no response.  Called them at 8:15 Monday morning, and they promised to send someone out, and would call me.  No one came or called. Tried to call them around noon, didn't even get a voice mail.  Gave up and called someone else, after driving from Santa Fe to Taos and wasting four hours.  never did receive a call back form them.  Not Recommended

They're all nice people but they need someone to run things.  They took a month to find a part which left my business in the cold- for a MONTH!  Then the bill came...they never miss a chance to charge.  If only I could charge them for the dozen unanswered calls.

The service was great the person that came to my house to fix my heater was awesome he fixed it and I haven't had a problem since I recommend Hawk Mechanical
