  Was looking for a part they don't carry. GO TO HOME DEPOT. Thanks to a snafu, I ended up at this location and encountered a desk clerk who was far more interested in his branch bottom line and reducing his overhead than helping a CUSTOMER resolve a problem (that he didn't cause.) Since nobody could resolve the issue, my guess is that the entire chain has the same issues. Will never shop with Hein again.
