All in all an excellent process!  Trevor was very informative and thorough to make sure that we had the right system to meet our needs.  Gary and his install team were professional, on time and very responsive to our concerns and questions.  The whole entire team at Hesse-Schniederjan went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and taken care of during the whole process.  Would recommend them to anyone and will use them again!

I will not go anywhere else for my AC needs.  From my first call in to my post install I had complete faith that these guys were taking care of me with integrity and as if they were doing it in their own homes.  This company is the real deal and worth every penny. They were patient answered all my question even as ridiculous as some were and they made me feel comfortable.  Great company no need to go anywhere else.  I am a life time customer.

This is a group of friendly, down to earth, real people. Everyone was super nice and professional, and communication was always great. They installed a new inside and outside unit, had electricians put in a new breaker panel, and everything went smooth and works much better than our old worn out system.

This company was by far the easiest, most painless large/involved purchase I have ever made.  Their quote came in more detailed and cheaper than the other company we asked to come and assess. I had asked Trevor when he came out to quote us for several add ons that would have made him a bigger sale, and he was honest and said I didn't need them.  Wow! After dealing with a bad install of a previous system by a Denton company, we were leary that all that was promised would come to fruition on install day.  They came out 2 times prior to install day to make us feel safe in our decision to purchase a whole new a/c heat system/new ducts/returns so soon (3 yrs) after the previous purchase thru another company. On the day of install, all who came were so friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE!  Every question had an answer without hesitation. Cannot say enough good about this company. Do I recommend them? 100xs over, absolutely!

xcellent job.  looking nice and buttoned up  up f install, the team of HVAC Specialists arrived on time and fully prepared to complete the entire High Efficiency HVAC System. The crew was very well I formed, understood when needed to be done and did everything as planned. They were very knowledgeable, kept me well informed of the process and where they were in that process. They did a very clean install and left no trash behind. Everything was buttoned up and  looking good before they left. Excellent job.

I have been using these guys for years for my AC maintenance. It was finally ready to switch and install a new system. I called them and they installed three new AC systems along with ductwork all within three weeks. Hesse Schniederjan has been very easy to work with and Trevor has been extremely professional working with us.

Completely replaced a ~20 year old system in just a few hours. Arrived as scheduled, worked quickly and efficiently. The guys were very friendly and made sure to clean everything up before leaving and explained everything about our new system. Followed up to make sure we were happy with the job and everything was working.

This company installed my original Trane until 21years ago. I was so pleased with them then,even more so now. The entire experience was as though I was part of their Family! The installation crew was fantastic,they had to carry equipment up and down stairs. Just to let you know,their bid was 3.5 thousand less than my other bid.

Low pressure sales, listened to what I wanted and provided options.  Pricing was comparable or superior to other companies (local and larger metroplex companies), short lead time and a 1 day installation for a complete Trane HVAC system with a 10 year parts and labor warranty.  Onsite workers were friendly, respectful and communicated well.

I just had two minisplit systems installed in my shop. When I first called they responded fast and scheduled an appointment to measure. Trevor showed up on time and was pleasant. Trevor sent the quote quickly and it was fair. He later brought his install manager out after we decided to go with them who was very knowledgeable and was on time then as well. Communication was great all the way up until install day. The install was completed faster than expected and it works great. They were a polite, hard working install crew. Hesses bid was not the cheapest nor the most expensive of the three bids I got, but I am very satisfied. Call Trevor!
