  Omg..very good experience..everyone there was helpful..from security guy on cart..he has a great voice( sang for us).. I Was very glad I went. Thankful for all the hard working employees 🙏 it was very refreshing. Thank you Houston.

  This institution is not consistent and inspectors and office are requiring different things. Our inspection was set 3 month away, or we supposed to be out of business and lose our license. So agreed to pay additional 1200$ for expedited inspection. Inspectors came in acting like crooks. No advise only bad manners and attitude. After inspection done looks like we have a building that is about to explode anytime. Out of business because of them, paid fees and regret of new rules imposed in this uncertain times.

  Not easy at all. They make everything hard for contractors and homeowners. Online service is the worst. They take take all the time they want to get to yours to ask for ridiculous things to approve your project even if it is just small job. Understand for a big and new construction jobs, not for home owners. This outside inspectors are just ridiculous That is the system we are in.
