  SCAMMERS!! A fraudulent account was created by one of Liberty Power door-to-door sales agents. It was confirmed by the company that the information provided was wrong and signature falsified. It’s been over 1 month and they have not resolved the issue. I spent several hrs on the phone with them and they refuse to allow you to speak to a supervisor. The same 2 people answer the phone each time and they have resorted to just hanging up on me every time I call.

  IS ANYONE FIGHTING THIS??? We need to figure out how to get out of a contract that we never authorized!!! This is really sad that these Sales Agent are doing this... I too fell victim of a sign-up with out me even ever talking to the sales rep. He spoke with my dad and offered to show the new rates if I were to sign up. Next thing I knew when I got back in town after a month I was sign up?? the rep NEVER asked for any proof of ID other than word-of-mouth?? meaning they can sign up anyone with out having the actual person being there??

  I enjoy how low the kw fixed rate is & no extra charges, unlike other companies do! Also, since I had Renewable Energy, my power didn’t go out with any of the storms. Glad I switched to something reliable.
