  Can’t say enough good things about this company. The owner Paul is very responsive and diligent. His customer service staff are very courteous and professional. I had several chandeliers hung and new install. The electricians, Joshua and Ryan were so professional and polite. They did a great job. Paul arranged drywall repair to the ceiling and The gentleman he sent; John, was also extremely professional and polite, did an excellent job and left the area looking like new. All in all, a great A+ experience. I never write reviews, but I really felt the need to do so in this case.

  I contacted them through the Thumbtack app which worked out well, they gave me a quote very quickly and details of the work to be performed. I got busy and waited until after the holidays to contact them, and had to call twice to get a response- (full disclosure here) and that is the only reason I’d give them four stars. I understand people get busy and the lady who answered admitted she forgot to call me back, and that is respectable in my opinion. They won me over with the honesty and when I talked to Paul about what my work would entail, he was upfront and honest and I appreciated my dealings with the office 100%. Tyler came out to do the work and was on time, professional and did quality work adding what I needed for my generator hook up at my panel and outside. Thank you all.

  I called on a Saturday hoping for a quick schedule to have outdoor lights installed. Paul scheduled me for Monday morning. On Monday, Tyler was punctual and completed the job in record time. I needed to run out and get bulbs, Tyler waited while I did so with a smile. I really appreciate the above par customer service from this company. Highly recommended. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
