  I called Prewitt Electric in a bit of a hurry because another electric company had left me hanging. I was super impressed when Jeff contacted me almost immediately to let me know when they'd be available. Andy and B came out on time, ready to go and had the problem fixed in no time. These guys were professional, friendly, fast, knowledgable, and efficient. They even took care of the wasps in my breaker box, which was not even part of their call. They treated my children, my property, and myself with respect, and they took the time to explain things to me without being condescending. I 100% recommend them for ANY electrical needs, big or small. They know what they're doing and they do it well!

  Update: Jeff- I called and spoke with a woman in your office on Wed 6/16/21 @ 11:30am according to my phone records - I don’t recall her name. I asked about possibly installing a manual or automatic transfer switch & she specifically sated that “Jeff” could come out to do an estimate. She set me up with an appointment for 4pm on 6/18. She state that if I was happy with the estimate that you could do the install at the same time. So clearly there was a miscommunication somewhere along the way in the office. Scheduled an appointment earlier this week for 4pm today with Jeff to get an estimate for a transfer switch to be installed. No confirmation call prior to today but I figured no big deal. So today I get home from work a little early for the appointment. So 4pm rolls around - no Jeff. Then 4:15pm and no Jeff. Waited until 4:20 and no Jeff. Not very good business practice. Saw lots of good reviews but unfortunately we were disappointed.

  Hi this is Jeff. I never received a call nor was anything submitted by you for an estimate. That is why you didn’t receive a confirmation and that shouldn’t result in a bad review. I would be happy to look at the job for you but I have to know about it.

  My experience with Prewitt Electrical is kind of mixed. I received an email from Jeff Wednesday (2/3) if I was available Thursday(2/4). I said yes and asked what time I should expect them. No response. Still decided to take that day off to see if I get a confirmation that morning. I really wanted the issue fixed. Called around lunch to see if someone was still going to be coming by. The receptionist paged Jeff, but I didn't receive a call. Two hours past no call no nothing. Called again and Prewitt said someone would be coming by at 4:30. The electrician was very nice and did a great job. Prewitt was just unresponsive.
