We had been having issues with our furnace’s pilot light. It would go out at times and I would have to restart it. Just an inconvenience but one I wanted to fix before it became a bigger problem. Service Express came out and took a motor out of the furnace that they needed to replace. In doing so, they took away all possibility of the heat working. It’s been a week. I call them every day. Some days I get a call back and some days don’t. When I do get a call back, they have no new information. It was -6 degrees this morning and my 2 year old daughter shouldn’t have to go through this. This company should not be allowed to operate any longer. They are unprofessional and unhelpful. One star is far too generous.

Please explain is it the weather or the shipping times that we are supposed to control? Your motor has been ordered and has not srrived yet, which i am sure has already been explained. So, by your statement, we should go out of business because shipping takes longer than you expect it to and because it gets cold in WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA.

I was given them through my Home Insurance company and the home insurance company needs to drop them and get better rated service teams or they are going to have issues. I have waited a month for them to replace 1 part in my furnace. They never answer text messages or calls. I had to blow up the text message service to even get an answer for them to come out the first time. Now I haven't gotten a response. Calling my home insurance company tomorrow to have them pay someone else to do this because waiting a month in 25 degree temperatures without heat is ridiculous. Do not use these people.

First off, we can only respond to a work order after we receive it. Just because you make a claim doesnt mean that we receive it immediately or that it was even sent to us first. So, all i can say is that from start to finish, your claim was not with us any where near a month, so your claim is not correct. Secondly, you specifically told the office that you would handle the repair yourself, so the claim was closed. Please have complete and correct info when making a review or it makes the review irrelevant. Have a great day.

Wanted to clear the air about a review that my husband left that got a response from the owner: Actually, the part hadn’t been ordered yet. It was a WEEK after making our furnace unusable that the new part had been ordered. A week. When we’re in the dead of winter. Even though we were assured the first day of service it had been ordered, then we were told five days later that it wasn’t ordered yet, and finally SEVEN DAYS LATER after Service Express had been threatened by our home warranty company that they would pull them from the job did the part get ordered. And yet we still couldn’t get any kind of confirmation that was true. Why would we believe you? You just never know what’s true and what isn’t with these guys. By the way, it’s a really good look replying to all of these 1 star reviews with such backtalk and sass. Keep it classy! And by the way, I like that you found the time to reply to his review and somehow couldn’t find the time to call us back.

You and your husband are delusional. Every claim that you have made is a complete lie and fabrication and making accusations will not earn you any favors, priority, or expedited service. Have a great day.
