  Paid to have a surge protector installed when I built my house. They sold us on protections from various surges. They never installed it. We had lights blown from a surge, took a month to actually talk to someone in management. They told me not their problem, check with the manufacture of the surge protector. EATON. i told them i had an electrician go out and verify the surge protector was never installed. They told me they can only go back and install one, since I'd already paid for it. I wasn't able to get reimbursed for replacing my lights. They made excuses on every turn. BEWARE OF THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A COMPANY
