  We purchased a brand new house in Austin and the dryer wouldn't start. In Charge is the electrical company contracted with our builder. They came out on 1/31/22 and fixed the electrical wiring. Something was wrong with the wiring. Now, one month later, our dryer completely stopped working all of a sudden. We called a dryer tech and found out the problem was not with the dryer but the electrical wiring again. We did try the resetting the breaker switch but that didn't work. We now have to wait 11 days for them to come out again a second time. I tried to ask if they can come out sooner but they said they were fully booked. I asked to speak to a manager but now it is the second day and he has not called back. Very frustrating!! We cannot use the dryer for almost two weeks after we've already waited for them to come out the first time around. They don't seem to care about the customers. The girls that answer the phone are not at all helpful and can't seem to wait to get off the phone. Right now, we are just waiting....... and waiting...... I would not recommend this company. And if you are purchasing a new home, beware of the electrical company the builder uses.

  InCharge came back out before my one year was up to fix a small problem. Hector was assigned to me and he was wonderful! Fixed everything in a few minutes, was friendly, pleasant, and a real joy! He even waved to me in our neighborhood this morning!

  Wife HATES lights that aren't white. No warm white, or anything that isn't actual white. We go through the process of picking lights for our Pulte home, and we have "puck" lights. They are installed all over the house. We move in and they are all the tan/yellow color. There is no way to change these. We were not told of the color of these as the wife's hatred of this color is such she would have instantly said no. This is our Sun City home for the rest of our lives, and we have these everywhere. You can't even tell that our walls are gray with these lights on, as it turns everything tan. I understand this style instead of actual canned lights with bulbs was probably a Pulte thing. But In Charge is the one we sat with spending thousands as they quietly clicked away on the computer.

  Hi Robert, Sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your lighting. In this case, your lighting was installed per the requirements and specifications of the builder, and there were no options to install something else. Your lighting can be replaced if you wish, but it would be charged to you as a new installation.
