  Counter service is amazing. It all starts with Carmen, then you wait for the green light. Lauren is the Queen! Candice handles all the online ish! Leah, Marlyn, and Eva are insanely competent as well. I enjoy the time I spend in the permit office. They do need to do something about the planner of the day though! 11-5 Monday thru Thursday and nothing on Friday? Give me a break! Bankers are jealous of these hours

  I work the entire treasure coast, south Florida and Seminole county mainly. The entire process from clerk of courts to clerks of the building department and especially the planners, are super cooperative. I started out in the treasure coast and everyone here has helped guide me. They are always happy to answer any questions you may have. It is definitely my fav , St Lucie county are also very helpful .

  This building department is my favorite to work with. I have a window installation business and I work in 4 counties, over 20 different municipalities. Just started working on Vero a little over a year ago... The people are courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. They turn around permits quickly and clearly explain what the errors are when something is missing. Thank you for your high level of service. Owner, Storm Ready
