So they did the wiring for our home and many others in our community. We have outlets that trip randomly and need to be reset. Our home is only a couple years old but it started within the first year. I shouldn't have to worry about just turning on a light switch and the gfci trips. We've called them, months apart, to get an estimate on a couple things. Been told that someone would call back to either schedule a visit or give an estimate over the phone. We've never gotten a call back.

We had some switches moved and installed back in March of 2021. We were told they would invoice us for the bill of service. When we didn't receive a bill we called a few times and was told one would be emailed over to us and that it was in processing. Fast forward to today, we my husband receives an email in his Spam/Junk folder that the bill has not been paid and a pre-lien was to be out on our house within the next 24 hours. They never called us to let us know they payment never occurred. My husband luckily saw it before deleting his junk folder and called to pay it. His biggest question was why was he never called? A system absolutely needs to be put in place for something of this nature so this doesn't happen to someone else. They are the company that provided the service and it is not our responsibility to continue to call and follow up to pay a bill when it had not been invoiced to us in a manner we would have known about. - In response to the reply from the Integrated: The reason why they were all unopened was due to the fact that they went to his junk/spam after the first one was sent. When you saw they were going unopened why was he not called? You have both his number and my number and could have reached out to see what was going on or to get it taken care of. The issue with email is just this. Things can be missed. Phone calls can be answered. He luckily saw it the final time and was able to get it taken care of.

I apologize this happened. Our records show the invoice was sent on 3/19 and opened 3/20 at 8:51 am. it was sent 11 times during April un opened. we show it was RECEIVED and OPENED on 5/4, 5/5, 5/6, 5/10, 5/11, 5/13, 5/17, 5/18, 5/19, 5/20, 5/21, 5/24, 5/25 and then sent and paid on 5/27. Thank you very much for your business. 14 different emails from the billing software were opened. I apologize we assumed you were getting them because the emails were opened. We will call in the future. Thank you for your business.
