  Took multiple calls to get an appointment! Had an outdoor electric box with a bell housing damaged by the Ice storm. First young technician dug up old box and checked wires. Instead of replacing it the height it was, he placed the new housing only a few inches from the ground. Had to get on my knees to see the outlets to plug into and I have knee problems.. Three calls later 2 different guys came out and proposed changing out bell cover to a different type of outlet-which of course would cost double what I already paid. Called company again and guys came out again. I watched from the kitchen and he proceeded to reach down and pull the total outlet up. Now is wobbles in the ground AND when things are plugged in, it blows the breaker. They could have dug it up and raise it properly. They expect the customer to pay for their mistakes!!!!! I would NEVER recommend this company.

  By far the best experience I have ever had with an Electrician! When others couldn't see me until 4 days later I called them and they were at my house in about 15 minutes. By the time I arrived home the guy was already finished fixing my breaker issue and changed out some outlets to make sure that short did not happen again. I cannot use another company besides them because I see no logical reason to call anywhere else. That is the type of service a dude can only dream of. No hassles...just did a great job! I met him in my driveway and paid him before I walked into my home. I inspected his work and it was top notch! Also, reasonably priced. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

  I'd contacted Protech June 7th for the service, coordinator took down my name and advice technician will call to schedule, tech called the same day, spoke briefly of what I needed and said he'll call me back next Monday to come out! He jog down ny name and the site address. I asked for an appt. He stated he can't make appt, but will call on that Monday June 14th to let me know the time so I stand by the whole day on Monday with no call no show. The reason for this 5 stars revising a 1 star because coordinator call me back today June 28th to resolve the no call no show and offer the service eventhough I had hired someone else. To me there's always room for acknowledge and attempted.
