  Frank Seiler is a great instructor. If you want a class where you can learn, this is the class for you. He doesn’t just read slides, he breaks down formulas, goes through calculations, talks about the practical applications. He also draws diagrams and wiring layouts on a highly visible projection board which helps a lot because he’s not spending a bunch of time erasing between explanations/drawings.
