  These guys were beyond awesome. They quickly replaced a breaker today and will be coming back next week to move some circuits in said breaker to prevent further issues. In, out, friendly, and most of all ABOVE AND BEYOND. (And, but, also… they have the classic electric power mascot Reddy Kilowatt on their truck and their stationery, which means a lot and isn’t just decoration or hype: Jim used to work for PP&L when they still had the ampersand in their name, so he’s old school and is all about customer service!)

  Jim and his helper arrived on time and delivered professional, fast and courteous service. After having been put off twice by another electrical service company I called JT Kennedy Electric and explained our situation (moving soon and needed several outlets relocated and few other installed.) The lady creating the appointment was extremely helpful and got back to me within minutes assuring me that Jim could come the next day. Jim also called to verify the scope of the work and confirm his arrival time. Service included relocating 5 outlets and installing 3 new locations. Work was completed in a little over 3 hours and everything was cleaned satisfactorily upon completion. Cannot say enough about how good this experience was and will definitely call Jim again. You cannot go wrong with JT Kennedy Electric.

  One of the nicest gentlemen I have ever met. He did amazing work in the 1 room in my house that lost power due to a very old light fixture. He ensured that the wiring was still good, and even showed me how to flip a switch on my breaker box if the power ever shorts again. The new lights he installed are amazing and look so good in this room. We will be calling to schedule more work through JT Kennedy. Highly recommend for professionalism, promptness, communication, and great quality work.
