I not one of those people that needs to post but sometimes it just needs to be done . I've been around anything with a engine as long as I can remember. That being said I took my wife's 04 saturn vue here to have a 4 wheel alignment done.Later that day they called me to tell me they broke a bolt while trying to align it and they would take care of it.I give them respect for being a adult and taken care of said problem. Now is where the wheels start coming off the wagon "they had to order the bolt" almost 2 1/2 weeks later and several phone calls and having to give my personal truck to friend because this vechicle was M.I.A for way to long for a alignment after getting it back. Holidays and bad weather came in.cut to the chase they did not do the alignment right the rear tires had to much negative camber which caused premature wear on the rear tires front was still pulling and caused wear on front tires..went back to shop to get the quiet treatment and thinking It was my fault not there's. So right now $280 for tires,$100 for new alignment from another places possible police report and several talks with my lawyers.. It's sad I try to buy& shop local but everyone's got a angle.. James auto feel free to reach out.I don't want sorry man up to your failures and reimburse me for what I should of not had to go through.

These guys are awesome! I've taken my car here twice and both times the team has been both prompt and communicative. I haven't felt left in the dark as to what's being repaired or when it'll be done, they are quick to inform and take care of the issue. Highly recommended, I will definitely be coming here for any future maintainence.

I brought my brother's Chevy Malibu to this place because one of the wipers wasn't working. It just needed to be tightened. The man did not charge me for that.
They are very honest also.
Women are usually ripped off by auto repair places. Not James Auto Care. They tightened both wipers for free. That was super!!

They got my car looked at and fixed within a few hours of dropping it off! They are fair with pricing and my car has been running great since they replaced a coil. James and his staff are very friendly and kind and made me feel so welcome. I would definitely bring my car back to them.

The Air went out in my grandmothers(90 years old) car. I took it to Firestone in Smyrna(convenience) and they told me she needed a new a new compressor and quoted me over $1300. I then took it closer to my home to James auto care just to find out it was a switch $130. I highly recommend this company. This is twice I have taken a vehicle to them and they done more then a excellent job. Staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you guys very much for treating me right. As a woman I am always worried about getting ripped off when it come to car maintenance.

Paid for a full job but they only did half of it. The exhaust could’ve fell out from underneath the car! Don’t come here if unless you like being disappointed.

I visited James Auto Care today to take care of a flat tire. I took it to Firestone and they said they'd replace it. At James Auto Care they actually took the time to take the tire off and look at it and said they'd repair it since it was in the middle⅔ of the tire. They fixed the flat after removing the screw and sent me on my way for a very, very, reasonable price in under ten minutes.  I would highly recommend James Auto Care they were professional, fast, and affordable.

Me and my family have taken all of our vehicles to james’ autocare when they have needed work done to them. They have good prices and never disappoint when it comes to quality of work. Also they always have the cars done quick. 100% recommend James’ to anyone who needs work done on their car.

$212.32 - Saturday scheduled appointment to install a full catback exhaust and check engine light diagnosis. I will NEVER come back nor will I EVER refer someone here. Let’s start from the beginning — I walked in and was not greeted by any of the 3 men standing at the front desk. It was awkward standing there with no idea what to do while they conversed among themselves (red flag). Someone finally spoke up, “yes?” Well, I had a 7:30am drop off scheduled today. “Ok. What do you need done?” Full catback exhaust and a check engine light diagnosis on a 370z. I had to sign a waiver (red flag). I drop my car off and leave it. THREE HOURS LATER. Phone call it’s finished, but HAHA, it was not. I arrived after work about 1:30pm (mind you they close at 12pm on Saturday’s). I start my car. Rattling — Red flag. Rev? Even more vibration and rattling. Something’s not right here. I’m scared to drive my car off. Call them, knock on the door, mind you THEY ARE STILL THERE. We call around and go to the next local shop. HERE’S WHERE THE 1 STAR (i wish no star) REVIEW COMES FROM: the shop I go to lifts my car and shakes my exhaust. It shouldn’t shake. It shouldn’t shake in pieces. 1 bolt - ONE was tightened. The rest? I could pull off with one yank. They used no tools and hand tightened everything (barely). One of them fell off while driving HALF a mile to the next shop. (My boyfriend watched it roll from under my car at a stop light.) The clamp wasn’t facing the right direction, also wasn’t tightened. My entire exhaust was hanging, mind you I am also lowered with about a 3 inch clearance. If I was to hit anything under my car, my entire exhaust would have been ripped from underneath me. Also, when I get the call from the shop and arrive they tell us “We took off too much and had to put them back one so we only charged you for 2 hours of labor.” WHAT LABOR? YOU DIDNT EVEN DO THE JOB RIGHT. Next, the diagnosis, I wasn’t charged, but they said it was a “ghost code”. I won’t even go into that, moral of the story, if you sign a waiver because the shop can’t do it’s job right, don’t even waste your time like I had to.
