  Once we found out it was located in the courthouse it wasn't hard to find the office. The lady who helped us was very nice and polite. She greeted us with a warm smile and in a very straightforward matter explained how to fill out our paper.We were in and out in very quickly.

  Not that hard to send one piece of mail a month. Just pay your bill and you will be fine. Never had any issues. If you miss one or forget, they send you another bill BEFORE they add the late fee to give you another chance.

  The staff there is polite, but they don't take any type of card be it debit or credit and it's 2019. You can't make a payment online, either. Of course there are other ways to pay your bill, but these days convenience is key. The drop box for after hours payments are also check only. They will not accept cash drop off payments even if it's in the envelope provided with your bill in the mail.
