  I have used them twice for plumbing issues. They arrived quickly, within two hours of my call. The plumbers they sent were professional and completed the job efficiently. I will always call on them for any plumbing issues!! They are wonderful!!

  Called them to come unclog my kitchen sink, they came was only here for about 30 minutes. Got my bill today, I am being charged $461.50, They changed for the service call to use their equipment and for 2 hours of labor for both people. I will never use this service again and advise others to save their self the trouble, you will be over priced. You can set there and lie and tell me that you told me everything that you charge for and say that I said all of those thing's when I did not, but ok do what you have to do to make your company look good.

  Tyler, we appreciate your review, but would like to make sure everyone knows the full story. You called in and told our receptionist that you had a sink drain not working, tried everything to get it unclogged and couldn't get it open yourself, and think the drain blockage is underneath your trailer. You were told by her that we charge travel from our shop, to your home and back again, and you were okay with that. We sent 2 people (a plumber and a helper) because you told us you thought we were going to need to get under the trailer. That is considered confined space entry according to OSHA, takes 2 people to work in those conditions. We checked our GPS data from that day. It is a 45 minute drive to your home (from our shop to your driveway). They were able to use the auger equipment and clear the blockage, yes, we charge for an auger use to clear drains, these are expensive to maintain. We have been charging for the auger use for the 50 years we have been in business, same as most all the other plumbing companies. We charge for travel time, same as we have for 50 years, same as most all other plumbing companies. We actually hit a blockage at 2 different places in your drain, had to go in a total of 50' to clear everything out, so it was not just the kitchen sink that was blocked. According to our GPS records, we were at you house with 2 techs for 47 minutes, not a big difference from what you said was 1/2 an hour, but if your going to post a bad review, please be accurate in your statements. We then had a 45 minute drive back to our shop for our techs. So to recap, you told us the conditions you thought we were going to encounter, we sent the appropriate crew for the repairs, completed the repairs and charged you for what we told you we would, and then you complain about the costs of the repair. Again, we do thank you for your comments, we hope this clears up some of the issues.

  We had them installed a high-efficiency furnace and air conditioner with heat pump. Very courteous and on time. They did a very good job informing on us how they did it and why they did it every step of the way. They cleaned up after every step through the process. They were very professional. The process was very painless. I would recommend them Heating Cooling and plumbing jobs.
