  Had an appointment - never showed up. Called and they apologized. Setup appointment for same time the next week -never showed up. Unbelievablly unprofessional. Last time I leave work early to be blown off my Jaspering - taking my business elsewhere.

  Between the severe lack of communication and taking 3 months on a 3 week project because they are constantly jumping around from job to job; I will not be using Jaspering again. They continue to fail on these points even though we've tried calling several times to get on the same page.

  Between being told someone would be here and then them not showing up, the receptionist telling me he would call the next day as he was out of the office and never called me back, and not returning phone messages or emails, I would never recommend Jaspering to anyone. This is a terrible way to run a business. I don't know how they're still in business if the run it like this.
